Invest-OS provides a valuation and fundraising tool for startups and established companies alike. You complete a structured Excel template describing your company; the platform validates it, runs eight recognized valuation methodologies where sufficient data is available, and generates a dashboard and investor report from the results.

All valuation figures are computed deterministically from the data you provide, using publicly documented methodologies. They are estimates for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice, and are not a guarantee of what any investor will actually offer. Where a method lacks sufficient input data, the platform states that plainly and skips it rather than guessing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: upload data you don’t have the right to share, attempt to circumvent the platform’s security or rate limits, or use the platform to store information it explicitly asks you not to submit (source code, credentials, API keys, your customers’ personal data, trade secrets, or confidential technical documentation — see our Privacy Policy).

You retain ownership of the company data you upload. We do not claim any ownership interest in it and use it only to provide the service back to you.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where reasonably practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on a computed valuation.
